Louisville International Airport has a single passenger 2-level Terminal, along with two Concourses: Concourse A and Concourse B. On the 2ndlevel, there is the Airside Connector, which leads Concourse A and B on their opposite sides.
The Lower level of the main terminal is the Arrivals level, which houses baggage claim, rental car, and information counters. Escalators and elevators are provided to go to/from the second level. The lower level also connected to the garage via a tunnel.
The Upper level is the Departures level, which houses the food, drink and retail outlets, airline ticketing desks, Fort Knox Reception Room, Information desk, ATM, Game room, and 5/3 Bank. An escalator, located in the center of the upper level, leads to the security checkpoint area. An airside connector situated at this level connects Concourses. Each Concourse is provided with charging outlets, USB ports in the seats, Food / Drink, and retail service, as well as Information counter.
Concourse A includes boarding gates: A1-A15; Among the gates 5-9, there is an information counter, food/drink & retail outlets.
Concourse B holds boarding gates B2-B18. Between gates 6-16, there is an information counter, food/drink & retail outlets.
